FOI Requests, Demanding Transparency and Disclosure.

Much of Nominet’s activity operates behind closed doors. Yet public accountability cannot exist in secrecy. Through Freedom of Information requests, this section will publish official disclosures from regulators, government departments, and connected institutions.

Each request and response will be made publicly available, creating a permanent archive of evidence. These documents will reveal how Nominet is perceived by government, how oversight is exercised, and where gaps in transparency remain.

By publishing FOI correspondence, the public can see not just what Nominet says about itself, but what official bodies know, suspect, or question. This is forensic work, turning over stones that were never meant to be lifted.

The truth is not always volunteered. It must often be demanded. FOI is one of the sharpest tools available in that pursuit, and here its findings will be preserved for all to examine.
