Nominet has long operated with limited scrutiny. Complaints are often deflected, minimised, or quietly buried. This section changes that.

Here, formal grievances, evidence submissions, and case studies will be catalogued in one place. Each complaint will be presented clearly, factually, and without embellishment. Patterns will emerge: repeated conflicts of interest, recurring failures in transparency, and consistent harm to SMEs and the wider public.

By structuring complaints into a permanent public ledger, we remove the ability for them to be ignored. Each one becomes part of the historical record. Each one will add weight to the case for serious reform and ensure accountability cannot be avoided..

This is not simply about having a rant. It is about accountability. Every valid concern will be documented here and represents another piece of evidence in a wider audit that cannot be ignored and will need to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
